違反禁令行駛，醉酒駕車，還對交警大打出手。太原市民郝某某成為實(shí)施“醉駕入刑”以來，太原首個(gè)因醉酒駕車受到刑事處罰的第一人。

據(jù)警方稱，警察在聞到該駕車男子身上的酒氣后要求對其進(jìn)行酒精測試，這時(shí)該男子一口咬住了警察的左手。警察用對講機(jī)請求支援，該男子一把把對講機(jī)打到地上，并用手掐住警察的脖子。

上文中的breath alcohol test就是“酒精呼氣測試”，通過向breath alcohol detector(呼氣式酒精檢測儀)呼氣來測試駕駛員飲入的酒精量。在拘捕該駕車男子后，警方還對其進(jìn)行了blood test(血液檢測)，結(jié)果證實(shí)該男子確實(shí)飲酒過量。

這名男子是drunk driving(醉酒駕車)入刑法后太原第一位以身試法的人。警方?jīng)]收了該名男子已經(jīng)過期的driver's license(駕照)，并將對其處以1個(gè)月以上6個(gè)月以下的detention(拘役)。
